Refund & return policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right with your order, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return eligibility

  • Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original packaging and condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, perishable goods such as dates, honey, and food items cannot be returned once the seal is opened — unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer.
